Measuring service – we offer you…

the measurement of humidity and temperature in your industrial furnaces and drying systems using our equipment and our operating personnel. You specify the measurement locations, and we will of course assist you in selecting measurement points that make sense from a metrological point of view.

The measurement is usually followed by a review of the data in the form of a graphical representation on the PC screen. This allows you to immediately decide which process parameters can be optimised.
With our experience, we can use the determined humidity and temperature curves to provide you with information about weak points in your process.

Once all measurements have been completed, we prepare the data in our offices in a high-quality graphical representation and generate a measurement report based on scientific criteria. The reports are sent to you immediately after the measurements have been carried out.

We want to help you…

…to ensure the quality of your products,

Quality is largely determined by the recipe, the baking chamber temperature, the humidity and the length of time the product spends in the process.

Are you already able to quantitatively record all influencing factors in your systems?
We will show you how to obtain precise temperature and humidity profiles for your baking or drying process.

…to produce consistent quality,

Quality is largely determined by the recipe, the baking chamber temperature, the humidity and the length of time the product spends in the process.

Are you already able to quantitatively record all influencing factors in your systems?
We will show you how to obtain precise temperature and humidity profiles for your baking or drying process.

…save valuable energy,

70% of the energy required in bakeries is used in the ovens.

Would you like to make savings there?
One way to do this is to evaluate the baking process based on the atmospheric conditions in the oven.

…making your processes transparent,

For operators, the furnace is often a large black hole with three openings: the inlet, the outlet and the energy supply.

Have you often wondered what the internal furnace parameters look like as a whole?
With our measurement technology, we can answer this question and tell you much more about your process.

…quickly adapt your systems when changing products,

Each of your furnaces should be able to produce all products without any adjustment problems. Transferring a product to another furnace, adjusting the furnace settings for a new recipe or comparing several lines should not be a problem.

How often have you wondered whether there might be a more efficient way?
There is! Our latest technology now provides methods that lead to success more quickly and reliably.

…identify uncertainties in your furnace systems.

Ovens wear out due to high thermal stress. This manifests itself in leaks and uneven temperature and humidity distribution.

Have you only noticed these malfunctions through increased energy consumption or fluctuating product quality?
We provide you with measurement technology that also shows the exact location of the weak points and allows you to eliminate faults cost-effectively.

How it works

We would like to describe a few selected measurement problems. You will see that the use of modern measurement technology can save a lot of personnel costs in development and production. Many large European bakeries have been able to gain important insights into baking processes and eliminate errors in the production process with these measurements.
